- Has been licensed to practice law in
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1990.
- A lifelong resident of Cape Cod,
Attorney Curtis was born and raised in Eastham, MA and
resides there today with his wife, Maria and his son Joshua.
- Educated locally, he is a graduate
of Nauset Regional High School and received a Bachelor of
Arts degree in History from the University of Massachusetts
at Amherst in 1985.
- A 1990 graduate of Western New
England College School of Law, Attorney Curtis concentrates
his practice in the areas of personal injury, domestic
relations, criminal defense, wills and will contests,
probate, and general civil litigation.
- Attorney Curtis has litigated
cases in District, Superior, and Probate & Family Courts
throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Community Service
- Attorney Curtis has been involved in
community service to the town of Eastham for many years. He
served nine years as town Moderator and three years on the
Board of Selectmen. Currently, he serves on the Community
Preservation Committee
